Resident Quality of Care is of upmost importance to me and I will strive to achieve the highest level of satisfaction to achieve this goal. I believe each resident has a choice in their daily living and giving the resident this empowerment is why I do what I do! I come to work to make this home as homey as possible and at the end of the day; the smile on a resident’s face is priceless. I have an “open door” policy and encourage anyone to call or stop in and say hello.

I have lived in East Troy, WI for almost 12 years and love small town life and the country. I love to keep busy and am involved in many community and volunteer groups which involve my family.

I have been in long-term care for over 11 years working in Social Services and administration. I have a Degree in Police Science and have completed my studies through the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Mastering Nursing Home Administration. I also completed a year long Administrator in Training internship.

I am glad to be part of the Holton Manor family and finding my place at “The Home with the Heart.
